Automated ETL pipelines for the NuGen database to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, reducing manual reporting time and improving data accessibility across the organization. Served as the INPO Coordinator, overseeing the timely and accurate submission of operational metrics and ensuring alignment with external regulatory requirements. Supported Ontario Power Generation’s Pickering Nuclear Generating Station by managing, validating, and analyzing complex operational datasets to ensure accuracy, compliance with nuclear industry standards, and overall reporting efficiency. Developed interactive Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to engineering and operational teams.

Monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) such as transaction volume, peak sales periods, and product demand trends to support data-driven decision-making, leading to an 85% improvement in operational efficiency. By analyzing sales and POS data, identified customer behavior patterns and optimized inventory planning, which reduced overstock and waste by 15%. Also collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements based on customer feedback and service trends, enhancing team performance and reducing service wait times by 20%.
